Need to return something? No problem!
We accept returns or exchanges up to 30 days after the shipping date for any unused, unworn, and unwashed product. All products should be returned with the original hangtags, instructions, and packaging.
We do NOT accept returns for undergarments, socks, swimwear, custom and/or personalized items.

HOW DO I RETURN MY FOCO PRODUCT?
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at CustomerCare@foco.com. You will receive a response promptly advising you how to handle your request. In your email, please include your original order number, which item you're returning or exchanging, and a brief description letting us know the reason for your return.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY REFUND TO PROCESS?
Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will credit your account within 7-10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when this is complete. Due to varying bank policies, it may require additional time to process and post your transaction so the credit may not show up until your credit card’s next billing cycle.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECIEVE MY EXCHANGE?
If you are returning your purchase and wish to exchange, your return will be processed as a refund and your exchange will be placed as a new order to your original method of payment. Exchanges will be shipped out to you within 10 – 14 days of receipt and you will be notified via email once your requested exchange has been processed.
